in room 2 we are going to have a dog in the classroom.
hes called Charlie he is a spoodle of Miss Pownall and we have to try and persuade Miss Pownall and Miss Danes and this is my letter.

Greetings Miss Pownall.

I believe we should have a dog in the classroom.

Why?

These are my three reasons to make you think we should have a dog in the classroom. 

Firstly

They will help us learn to look after other things.

Studies have shown.

Pets especially dogs and cats can reduce stress anxiety and depression, ease loneliness, encourage exercise and playfulness, and even improve your cardiovascular health. Caring for an animal can help children grow up more secure and active.

Pets also provide valuable companionship for older adults.

Like my Dad he didnt really want a dog but now he loves our dog because she was soo cute.

Secondly is they help you relax.

Studies have shown.

Playing with a dog or a cat can elevate levels of serotonin and dopamine,

Wich calm and relax.

Pet owners have lower triglyceride cholesterol levels (indicators of heart disease)

Then those without pets.

Like a time when i was doing something i didn't know what to do then my dog came
and helped me relax.

Thirdly doges are soooo cute they are the cutest animals on earth for me.

Studies have shown A recent study has discovered that it's no accident that we are
drawn to canines and find them terribly cute According to Uncover California, the reason
we find dogs so cute is something called the domestication syndrome. ...

This explains why a wild dog, or wolf, look similar to a dog but just isn't quite the same.

When i get home i cant resist patting my dog she is soo cute!

In Conclusion..we should have a dog in the classroom because they will
help you look after other things
then they help you relax and lastly they are so cute.
This is why we should have a dog in the classroom

It's just amazingly weird that people think that some children shouldn't have pets.

I think this because…

My first reason is that there is sooo adorable

Cats and dogs are sooo CUTE!!!

Cats do this thing that they poke their tongue out quarter way.

Then dogs always lick you and some people might think that's gross but I think it's cute.

My dog Sunny is a cocker spaniel when my mum comes down in the morning Sunny is always soooo excited!

She always licks my mom behind the ear. It is sooo cute!

My second reason is they are fun to play with.

Have you ever played fetch with a dog?

You have probably played it before if you haven't it's simple all you have to do is throw the ball/tennis

ball and the dog will go grab the ball in its mouth and bring it back but that isn't always the case

sometimes they just chew on the ball and they dont bring it back to you.

 Like my dog sunny she never brings back the ball and when i mean never i mean never.

My third and final reason is that they are silly. Some pets are so silly.

Sometimes when a dogs are panting  there tongue is like a helicopter it just

goes round and round that's what my dog does all the time and it is pretty funny. In conclusion all children should have pets, do you agree with me?
